Hampden House – Bethesda, MD
We are proud to have contributed to Hampden House, a 366-unit luxury residential tower in downtown Bethesda, MD, developed by Saul Centers and built by Clark Construction Group. Rising 25 stories, this transit-oriented mixed-use community features over 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail, five levels of below-grade parking, and seamless access to the Bethesda Red Line Metro and the upcoming Purple Line.
Partnering with Clark Construction Group, our scope of work included the fabrication and installation of unit cabinets and countertops across all 366 residences.
