We are honored to have contributed to Samuel J. Simmons NCBA Estates, a 179-unit affordable senior housing community situated in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC.
Partnering with Coakley & Williams Construction, our scope included the fabrication and installation of unit cabinets and countertops across all 179 residences. We installed accessible, high-durability surfaces - selected to enhance both functionality and comfort while blending seamlessly into the community’s thoughtful rehabilitation design.
