We are proud to have played a key role in The Elm, a 456‑unit luxury residential tower in downtown Bethesda, MD. Completed in 2021, this LEED Gold‑certified, transit-oriented development features two 28-story towers topped by a dramatic skybridge and offers sweeping views of Washington, D.C. landmarks.

Partnering with Clark Construction Group, our scope included the design, fabrication, and installation of kitchen, bathroom, and shared-space countertops across all units, providing cohesive, elegant surfaces perfectly aligned with the building’s contemporary Scandinavian-inspired interior design.

The Elm has been recognized with multiple prestigious awards, including:
