Loislane joined Countertopia in 2021 and brings a well-rounded background in estimating, engineering, and project coordination. Her experience working closely with different teams has equipped her with the knowledge and adaptability needed to support operations across multiple areas of the business. She plays a key role in project execution by improving efficiency and providing essential support to both field and office teams.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and has been part of the construction industry since 2016. Her exposure to different aspects of the industry has strengthened her versatility, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail as a design and construction professional.

Outside of work, Loislane enjoys exploring creative hobbies such as arts and crafts, baking, reading, and watching films and series. She is also a proud cat rescuer and currently cares for six adorable cats.
